Lukoil interested in projects in Libya, Venezuela
LONDON. Feb 18 (Interfax) - Russian oil major Lukoil is interested in oil production projects in Libya and Venezuela, Sergei Rogov, deputy director of the company's strategic planning department, told journalists during Oil Week in London.
"We want to produce oil in Libya and Venezuela, but we do not have any concrete agreements yet," he said.
He also said that Lukoil is interested in acquiring additional oil refining capacities in the U.S., or in Canada, Poland and Belarus. "We are also interested in oil refineries in countries such as Sweden and Holland," he said.
