Feb. 17--A Japanese restaurant featuring a sushi bar and tableside hibachi cooking is slated to open in mid-April at the new First City Square shopping center near Lindale Mall.
The Osaka Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar could be the first of several in Iowa, according to owner Kong Bin Ni. He said the 5,000-square-foot restaurant he is developing at First City Square will feature 11 tables equipped for hibachi tableside cooking and a sushi bar.
