RICHMOND -- LIKE A LOT of other little boys, S. Waite Rawls III played with toy soldiers. He always chose ones dressed in gray.
Fifty years later Rawls is still immersed in Civil War history - but he's not playing games now.
After three decades in international banking, Rawls, 55, has been named executive director of The Museum and White House of the Confederacy .
