DALLAS, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Congressman Jeb Hensarling today joined Freddie Mac and a coalition of local non-profit groups, Hispanic organizations, and national lenders to launch En Su Casa Dallas, a comprehensive new $15 million effort to expand Hispanic homeownership opportunities and strengthen Dallas-area neighborhoods.
