(Nasdaq:EQTX) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Chex Services, Inc. has completed a Reseller Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank for a point of sale electronic check conversion service. This agreement places Chex Services at the forefront of the electronic check conversion industry with its ChexGuard product, which interacts with the banking Industry through transactions with Wells Fargo.
