Tim Draper, global head of equity sales and Joanna Darlington, European head of research at BNP Paribas, have both left the French bank.Two months ago, BNP Paribas created Exane BNP Paribas, a joint venture in European cash equities with Exane, the largest independent brokerage in France.
While the capital in the company is held jointly by the two firms, Exane owns the majority of the voting rights and the venture is run by Nicolas Chanut, chief executive of Exane, and its senior management.
A spokesperson for BNP Paribas declined to comment on the departures.
