Pan-fried Haddock with Mustard and Dill Cream

THIS is an incredibly simple supper dish, which is delicious served with new potatoes and green vegetables. If you can't get haddock, any other firm white fish can be substituted.
INGREDIENTS
2 x 170g/6oz haddock fillets, skinned
30g/1oz unsalted butter
