State Duma deputies comment on seizure of Yukos shares

MOSCOW. Oct 30 (Interfax) - The Prosecutor General's Office decision to seize Yukos shares may lead to a politically motivated decline on the Russian securities market, a number of State Duma deputies told Interfax on Thursday.

Pavel Medvedkov, deputy chief of the State Duma's banking committee, has suggested that markets will continue to respond to the actions of the Prosecutor General's Office on Friday.
