The International Boston Seafood Show, sponsored by SeaFood Business and the National fisheries Institute, marks its last year at the Hynes Covention Center with new days and hours. Instead of its customary Tuesday-through-Thursday schedule, this year IBSS opens on Sunday, March 14, and runs through Tuesday, March 16. Show hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the first two days, with the final day ending early at 3 p.m.
This 22nd edition of the premier U.S. seafood-industry event will be the last time IBSS appears at the Hynes, which the show continues to fill to capacity. In 2005, IBSS moves to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center on the South Boston ...
