London insurance brokerage Willis Corroon has been stepping up its health care risk management consulting efforts in the United Kingdom through increased advising of health care institutions and through its recent purchase of the remainder of a health and safety consultant for general businesses.
Willis Corroon has announced plans to acquire the remaining two-thirds outstanding interest in Hinton & Higgs (Developments) Ltd. Willis has held a 33 percent interest in Hinton & Higgs since 1987.
