Marketing Through Public Relations Actions Highlighted
NAPLES, Fla.--Insurers' public relations activities can strengthen the bond between companies and clients with far less expense than paid advertising, according to a Kemper communications executive.
Outlining some public relations tactics recently was Ira Nathanson, vice president of communications for Kemper Corp., Long Grove, Ill., although he hesitated to use the term "public relations."
"Public relations is associated with facade and image--it seems like a false way to go about things," he said.
