Article: TRANSPORT: EURO-MPS WANT TO AMEND PRIORITY LIST OF TRANS-EUROPEAN TRANSPORT PROJECTS.

The Committee report, to be debated and put to the vote at the March 8-11 plenary session in Strasbourg, welcomes the fact that the revised list of priority projects (list of projects of common interest eligible for Community part-funding) includes development of the motorways of the sea, but considers the project too vague in its present form. It therefore calls on the Commission to publish within one year a list of specific projects upon which work may commence during the current or future programming periods.
