CHICAGO, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Heitman, a multi-national real estate investment management firm with more than $11.8 billion under management, today announced the acquisition of a euro 70 million logistics portfolio in France on behalf of Crescent Euro Industrial II ("CEI-2").
The portfolio consists of six properties located primarily throughout northern France, with one asset in Avignon in the South of France. The total area of the portfolio is 177,000 square meters and two of the assets are over 40,000 square meters.
