Forty years after Blake Edwards' Pink Panther first strutted onto a Hollywood film screen, a CD will be released inspired by the pop culture icon.
Virgin Records will release "Pink Panther's Penthouse Party" on April 6 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the animated cat's film debut in 1964.
The compilation of pop and lounge music will feature an update of Henry Mancini's popular "ba dum ... ba dum" theme, as well as international music by ...
