Feb. 25--A tiny Fort Collins livestock feedmaker has filed a $133 million suit in federal court, claiming industry giant Land O'Lakes Inc. stole the name of its line of animal feeds.
Cache La Poudre Feeds LLC says Land O'Lakes illegally marketed a feed line using the name "Profile" beginning in 2002. Cache La Poudre began using the name 10 years earlier.
The suit was filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Denver.
