BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Pure Foods, LLC announced today that it reduced the initial start up management fee to open a Pure Foods Low Carb Market from $30,000.00 to $15,000.00. "Since December, we received over 300 inquiries from people interested in opening a Pure Foods Low Carb Market. Over 150 of those came after we were featured in The New York Times on February 19th. Many of the recent applicants were very qualified but simply could not afford the $30,000 initial fee. We decided we would lower the fee by 50% to make it even more affordable for one to open a Pure Foods," said Co-Founder Brad Saltzman.
