(Nasdaq:WORK) today announced that a special meeting of stockholders will be held on March 30, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport, 150 Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406, to vote on a proposal to adopt the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated January 30, 2004, pursuant to which the Company would be acquired by an entity formed and controlled by Perseus, L.L.C. and The Renaissance Group, LLC for $4.87 per share in cash.
