The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has announced the opening of another assistance window for its members and their dependents quality medical care through big discounts of up to 50 percent in accredited hospitals.
In keeping with the order of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, the new GSIS launched its Hospitalization Support Program (GHSP) which entitles GSIS members, their dependents, and retirees to discount rates as high as 50 percent on costs of hospitalization, medical procedures, and consultations.The Perpetual Succor Hospital in Cebu is the first hospital to be accredited under the program.
