The local Al-Dhahir Group and Bahrain's Zayani Motors have formed a joint venture company with paid in-capital of $8 million to market vehicles for Japan's Mitsubishi Motors Corporation. The new entity, known as Al-Rasheed Holding Company, will start sales operations in Baghdad from the beginning of April. It plans to open additional dealerships in Basra and Mosul through the appointment of a sub-dealer network during the year.
