POST-HUTTON REVENGE of sorts. After Alastair Campbell's triumphalist attack on the BBC following Lord Hutton's report, I hear the former spin doctor was mysteriously struck off the guest list of Ned Sherrin's arts show Loose Ends on Radio 4 over the weekend.
"There was a general feeling that the BBC did not want to help Campbell," I'm told by a BBC fly on the wall. " Therefore, no Campbell."
The BBC was unable to comment yesterday on Campbell's non-appearance on Loose Ends.
But plenty of senior Beeb figures have made their views clear about Campbell's gloating in the aftermath of the Hutton Report.
