AURORA -- The commission investigating CU's football recruiting scandal decided Tuesday to seek subpoena power to compel testimony and documents - a move quickly criticized by some lawmakers.
The seven-member panel also split on whether to add two members requested by Gov. Bill Owens, and it agreed to ask the Board of Regents for a $246,500 budget.
