Former University of Wisconsin quarterback Jim Sorgi thought he belonged at last month's NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis.
He went out and proved it Wednesday at the annual pro testing day for former UW football players inside the McClain indoor facility.
Sorgi bettered the averages of the combine quarterbacks in several areas, running the 40-yard dash in 4.63 seconds, a personal best, and finishing with a 31-inch vertical jump and a broad jump of 10 feet.
