Sarah Jessica Parker and I meet at around 10 P.M. at a Greenwich Village diner. The waiter is going berserk. "Miss Parker, what can I do for you? You are a beautiful actress. Let me bring you something, maybe a baklava? Or a rice pudding?" She smiles at him. "Thank you, sir. That's very kind. But I'm fine." She still has on an inch of makeup from her day of shooting the final episodes of Sex and the City and is wearing sweatpants and what looks to be an old, comfortable sweater. She appears like a classic, hardworking actress at the end of a very, very long day.
