New Delhi, Mar 7 (PTI) It was a Holi with a difference at India's best known address -- Rashtrapati Bhavan (President's residence).
Indian President A P J Abdul Kalam played Holi (festival of colours) only with children, especially his "special ones"--the mentally retarded.
The traditional "gulal" (colour) was replaced by flower petals and normal festival songs giving way to songs presented by spastic children who had gathered in large number to greet the First Citizen of the country on the occasion.
Over 100 mentally retarded and handicapped children whom the President refers as "special children", sang "Sare Jahan Se ...
