Russian Conventional Weapons Agency's research and technical organizations boost output by 19 percent in 2003

MOSCOW. Feb 2 (Interfax-AVN) - R&D institutes and design bureaus of the Russian Conventional Weapons Agency increased research and technical output by 19.1 percent in 2003, the agency's press service reported on Monday.

"According to preliminary outcomes, the agency's R&D institutes and design bureaus by far surpassed last year's results. In particular, research and technical output grew by 19.1 percent," a press service official told Interfax-Military News Agency.
