SAN ANTONIO, March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Local education company Harcourt Assessment, Inc., announced today that it has signed on as the title sponsor of the Paseo del Rio Association's Children's Festival. This official Fiesta event will take place April 17 on the River Walk.
