Mar. 11--Thirty-two disgruntled moviegoers have filed police complaints against cinema giant EGV Entertainment, alleging it unfairly changed contest rules offering a one-million-baht prize for anyone able to watch 100 movies within a six-week period.
The movie buffs claimed that under the original competition rules, the prize money was to be shared equally among all contestants who watched movies at all 100 EGV screens nationwide from Jan 20 to March 7.
