Malaysia's FACB and Tianjin Pipe set up stainless steel pipe JV
Shanghai. March 11. INTERFAX-CHINA - Malaysia's main board listed FACB Industries Incorporated Bhd announced that it had, through its subsidiary Global Glister Ltd (GGL), set up a joint venture with China's state-owned Tianjin Pipe Corporation Ltd (TPCO) in northern China's Tianjin Municipality.
The JV, to be called Kanzen TPCO Ltd., will be positioned as the manufacturing and distribution base for stainless steel welded pipes and fittings in northern China's Tianjin Municipality.
