First home completed at 980-acre Duck Harbor
The Duck Harbor Company and Mountain Valley Builders completed construction of the first lake-front home in The Woods at Duck Harbor, announced Joseph Harcum, developer of the 980-acre community. The property surrounds a two-and-one-half-mile long glacial lake named Duck Harbor Pond, in Lebanon and Damascus Townships of Wayne County, Pennsylvania.
The 3,060 square-foot contemporary speculative home is located on Lot 2 with 400 feet of lake frontage and panoramic views of this unique property described by the New York Times as "making nature an equal partner with development."
