In Bolivia the September 28 Campaign for the decriminalization of abortion in Latin America and the Caribbean announced its strong support for Judge Sandra Aldayuz, prosecutor Silvestre Alaca, and the Genealogical and Obstetric Hospital represented by Dr. Fernando Carranza. Thanks to the responsible work of these professionals, August 18 marked the administration of the first legal abortion in Sucre based on a serious health risk to the pregnant woman.
