WARREN, N.J., March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- In just four months since reaching the one million subscriber mark, Virgin Mobile USA, LLC today announced that it has more than 1.75 million customers - as well as the fastest growth rate of any U.S. wireless service provider.
The first U.S. wireless service designed exclusively around the needs and desires of the youth market, Virgin Mobile USA passed 1.75 million subscribers in mid March 2004. Based on its current subscriber base and the most recently released data from the other top carriers, Virgin Mobile has now claimed a spot in the "Top 10" list of U.S. wireless providers.
