Top-ranked Johns Hopkins opened the game with five straight goals, including three by junior attackman Kyle Barrie and cruised to a 13-6 victory over No.11 Hofstra in a men's lacrosse game at Hempstead.
The Blue Jays won their fourth consecutive game and posted their fifth straight win over the Pride (2-2). Johns Hopkins plays host to Syracuse Saturday in Baltimore.
