Oregon City coach Mike Doherty has seen almost everything in four decades of coaching, and this scenario was certainly familiar.
"We've had a lot of games where we got the lead and squandered it and then came back to win," Doherty said after the unranked Pioneers defeated No. 4 Sunset 58-54 in overtime during a consolation game at the OSAA Class 4A boys basketball tournament Friday afternoon at McArthur Court.
"We've been up by double figures, and then a team catches up and we have to come back and do it all over again. It's something I'm used to."
