IT WAS once the home of celebrities including Harold Wilson, Christine Keeler and Princess Anne, even Sir Oswald Mosley.

Current residents include William and Ffion Hague and numerous MPs, judges and senior military officers, who all rent flats in the massive Dolphin Square complex, which is conveniently located for Westminster and Whitehall.

Soon, however, if efforts to sell the head lease of the building are successful, many of the 1,250 flats may be offered for sale to the general public, for the first time in the landmark building's 70-year history.
