Mar. 18--Image is a tricky commodity. For as long as I've been in South Florida -- 20 years -- this has been a region in search of an entrepreneurial image.
South Florida's recent showing in the latest Inc. magazine list of "Top 25 Cities for Doing Business in America" is evidence the perception may be turning our way. West Palm Beach ranked fifth and the Fort Lauderdale area seventh on the list in the March issue of Inc.
