THE NORTH CAROLINA BIOTECHNOLOGY CENTER recently presented Gov. Mike Easley a plan for growing the state's biotechnology industry and creating high-paying jobs.
New Jobs Across North Carolina: A Strategic Plan for Growing the Economy Statewide through Biotechnology includes 54 strategies that will build on the state's higher education system and business recruitment programs.
