What you get isn't always what you expect. But when the unexpected takes the form of a nasty side effect of medical treatment, then it's more than a surprise--it's a source of anxiety and concern. Reporting in the British Medical Journal earlier this year, researchers at the University of Edinburgh said that most women who undergo chemotheraphy for breast cancer may be completely unprepared for the side effects associated with such treatment.
