Skoda Energo sells its transformer division to BEZ Bohemia
Prague. March 19 INTERFAX EUROPE - Skoda Energo (SE), a subsidiary of Czech engineering firm Skoda Holding (SH), has sold its transformer division Transformatory to BEZ Bohemia, part of the Slovak group BEZ Transformatory, SH spokesman Karel Samec told Interfax Friday.
Both parties had agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction and the purchase price, says Samec.
BEZ Bohemia will acquire a fully consolidated production division, production premises in Plzen -Doudlevice and all of the firm's 131 employees.
