Mar. 22--For more than a century, Oswald's Pharmacy has been downtown Naperville fixture as permanent as the branch of the DuPage River that glides past brick-lined sidewalks and old-time light posts.
Founded in 1875 at Jefferson Avenue and Main Street, the pharmacy is doing what many long-time residents of this booming suburb never thought it would: It's moving away.
Bill Anderson, a co-owner and manager of the store, said the move, scheduled for June, is something to celebrate, not mourn. The departure of Oswald's is not an indication that Naperville's downtown is ...
