PROTECTION AGAINST EMISSIONS SPACE SAVING MAGNETICALLY SHIELDED DESIGN
TT electronics' BI Technologies Magnetic Components Division recently developed a series of miniature shielded inductors to provide protection against emissions on densely populated boards while offering board mounted profiles from 1.8mm to 4.0mm. Designated the HM66 Series, the surface mount inductors provide design engineers with a low-profile device rated for up to 10 amps continuous current.
