WASHINGTON, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- An initiative forged by the American Legacy Foundation seeks to help smokers quit by providing front-end counseling, information on nicotine replacement in the form of a patch, and tips for nonsmokers to support family and friends who smoke and want to quit. The effort will include a series of in-store activities to reach smokers at CVS stores in the Washington, DC, metro area in March and early April.
