A lot has happened in the polyurethanes industry over the 20 years since the first issue of Urethanes Technology magazine but, as this review indicates, much of the change was in response to external pressures.
Consequently, in many respects, the basic structure of the industry remains the same, But one thing that certainly hasn't changed is the inventiveness of the people who continue to develop this industry. Accordingly, it is with much sadness that we find that in these two decades we have also reported the deaths of many of the industry's pioneers.
