Article: 135th Birth Anniversary of President Emilio F. Aguinaldo.

PRESENTED a certificate as Honorary Member of the Philippine Historical Association (PHA), the nations premier association of historians, on his 91st birth anniversary, President Emilio Aguinaldo y Famy at first demurred, claiming that he was not a historian. The response of the Association was that de did not write History but made it. The General was persuaded to accept the PHA membership.

Humility is the hallmark of a noble man. President Aguinaldo was a good example. Throughout his life he lived to the ripe old age of 95 years he never mentioned the many great contributions he made to his country.
