Mar. 23--PANAMA CITY, Fla. -- At its first regular meeting since Bay County voters rejected a nonbinding airport referendum, the Panama City-Bay County International Airport Authority received everything from encouragement to move forward with relocation plans, to a request for most of the board members to resign.
The Monday afternoon meeting drew a standing-only crowd of supporters and opponents of the proposed new airport.
