Mar. 23--Planners in Buena Vista hope to harvest a technology industry that would feed the city's economy.
"The days of getting large factories is a thing of the past," said Christian Youngblood, the city's director of information technology and the project leader.
Under the three-pronged proposal, which organizers want the City Council to vote on before June 30, technology zones may overlap Buena Vista's existing industrial parks and downtown.
