Q: I've read answers to previous questions about the drugs that interact with grapefruit juice. Zocor is one of them. For grapefruit juice to affect Zocor, do they have to be ingested at the same time? Close to each other? Is there an amount of time after taking Zocor that one can drink grapefruit juice without affecting the Zocor, and vice versa? Thank you.
