Sugar and more! Negros Occidentals tourism slogan comes alive during the celebration of Panaad sa Negros Festival from March 27 to April 4 at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City.
Now on its 11th edition, the Panaad festival will focus on sugar and rice, the traditional industries of Negros Occidental that remains its major economic pivots.
The different sugar companies and mills will get out of their way to showcase the best there is in the industry through their respective booths at the festival site.
