Per biscuit: 22 calories, 1.4g fat, pounds 1.79 for 100g Rustic-looking wafer-type biscuits with 9 per cent Cheddar and all-natural ingredients. They're over one-third fat, but small enough not to do too much damage, as long as you don't over-indulge. Sticking to one or two isn't that difficult as they are actually very rich. 7/10 OK IN MODERATION
