Mar. 25--WASHINGTON -- This was supposed to be the week President Bush bounced back. He was regaining momentum, climbing back in the polls and getting ready to go on the offensive against his Democratic opponent, Sen. John Kerry.
"I'm looking forward to talking about what we've accomplished and what we're going to do," Bush told an enthusiastic crowd Saturday at his first official campaign rally in Florida.
