Estate agents in Northern Ireland were able to discuss enforcement issues and local concerns at a seminar hosted by the Office of Fair Trading and Northern Ireland Trading Standards in Belfast yesterday.
The conference was an opportunity for local estate agents to find out more about the OFT's and Trading Standards' current enforcement roles and to explore issues identified in OFT's recent market study on the estate agency sector. The seminar also explored how self-regulation works in the estate agency market.
